By using Madheef you agree to these terms. Madheef is a majlis that brings people together, and a majlis has its manners.

Your account

• Use your real name or the name your people know you by. Do not impersonate anyone, or claim to speak for a tribe or a sheikh without standing.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account; keep your phone and device safe.

Manners of the majlis

• Respect others and their differences. Insults, contempt, hate speech, incitement to violence or revenge, and threats are not allowed.
• Do not post anything unlawful, other people's private information without their consent, spam or scams.
• Do not record rooms with outside tools, or publish what was said elsewhere without the speakers' consent.

Rooms and recording

• Hosts and moderators run their room: they give the floor, mute, and remove people who break its manners.
• When a room is recorded, the recording mark is shown; going on stage while it shows means you accept that your voice is kept in the room's archive.

Content

• What you post stays yours; you allow us to show it on the platform to those who may see it.
• Tribe pages are run by their members; a "verified" mark means the administrators have checked the page.

Moderation and suspension

The administrators may remove content, close rooms or suspend accounts that break these terms. Every administrative action is logged.

Limits of liability

The platform is provided as it is. We work to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for members' opinions or statements in rooms.

باستخدامك مَضيف فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. المضيف مجلس يجمع الناس، وآدابه آداب المجلس.

حسابك

• سجّل باسم حقيقي أو معروف بين أهلك، ولا تنتحل شخصية أحد، ولا تدّعِ تمثيل عشيرة أو شيخ دون صفة.
• أنت مسؤول عما يجري من حسابك؛ احفظ هاتفك وجهازك.

آداب المجلس

• احترم الآخرين واختلافهم. يُمنع السب والتحقير، وخطاب الكراهية، والتحريض على العنف أو الثأر، والتهديد.
• يُمنع نشر ما يخالف القانون، أو معلومات الآخرين الخاصة دون إذنهم، أو الرسائل المزعجة والاحتيال.
• لا تسجّل المجالس بوسائل خارجية ولا تنشر ما قيل فيها خارج المنصة دون إذن أصحابه.

المجالس والتسجيل

• للمضيف والمشرفين أن يديروا المجلس: منح الكلمة، وكتم الصوت، وإخراج من يخالف الآداب.
• إن سُجّل المجلس تظهر علامة التسجيل، وصعودك إلى المنصة أثناءها يعني قبولك بحفظ صوتك في أرشيف المجلس.

المحتوى

• ما تنشره يبقى لك، وتمنحنا إذناً بعرضه على المنصة لمن يحق له رؤيته.
• صفحات العشائر يديرها أعضاؤها، وعلامة «موثّق» تعني أن الإدارة تحققت منها.

الإشراف وإيقاف الحسابات

يحق للإدارة إزالة أي محتوى أو إغلاق أي مجلس أو إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. كل إجراء إداري يُسجَّل.

حدود المسؤولية

نقدم المنصة كما هي، ونسعى إلى أن تعمل دون انقطاع، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك، ولسنا مسؤولين عن آراء الأعضاء وأقوالهم في المجالس.
