Privacy Policy

Madheef is a voice-gathering (majlis) platform for Syrian tribes and communities at home and abroad, at madheef.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, who sees it, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account: your phone number, to send you a sign-in code — or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID, email address (if verified), name and profile picture.
- What you add to your profile: display name, username, bio, gender, picture, country (and whether it is shown), language and interests.
- Your activity: rooms you attend, host or speak in, raised hands, votes, RSVPs, follows and blocks, tribe memberships and requests, and the news and polls you publish.
- Private messages you send and receive.
- Recordings: when a host records a room, the voice of people speaking on stage (and their video in video rooms) is saved. A "Recording" mark is shown in the room while it records.
- Verification documents: if you upload documents to confirm a tribe invitation, they are kept in private storage and seen only by the people reviewing them.
- Technical information: sign-in sessions with a device description and IP address (to keep you signed in and let you see and end your sessions), and security and abuse-prevention logs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or use third-party advertising trackers or analytics.
- We never show your phone number or email address to other members.
How we use it
- To run the platform: sign-in, voice and video rooms, messages, notifications and the archive.
- To show your profile and contributions to others, according to your settings.
- For safety and moderation: preventing abuse and enforcing the terms of use. Every action moderators take is logged.
Who sees what
- Your public profile: name, username, picture, bio, followers, participation honours, and your country if you choose to show it.
- People in a room see who attends and who speaks. Public rooms can be viewed by any visitor.
- Private messages are seen only by the people in the conversation; you choose who may message you.
Service providers
- LiveKit: carries and records audio and video in rooms.
- SMS and WhatsApp providers: only to deliver your sign-in code (your number and the code).
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Data is stored on servers we operate.
How long we keep it
- Account information is kept while your account exists.
- Sign-in codes expire within minutes; sessions expire after a set time or when you end them.
- Recordings stay in the room archive until the host or the administrators delete them.
Your rights and choices
- Edit your profile and picture at any time, hide your country, choose who can message you, block anyone, and end your device sessions.
- To get a copy of your data or delete your account and data, write to privacy@zishot.com; we reply within 30 days.
Children
The platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Connections to the platform are encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is limited to what running the service needs, and private files are never public.

ما الذي نجمعه
- الحساب: رقم هاتفك لنرسل إليه رمز الدخول، أو — إن دخلت بحساب Google — معرّف حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني (إن كان موثّقاً) واسمك وصورتك.
- ما تضيفه إلى ملفك: الاسم الظاهر، واسم المستخدم، والنبذة، والجنس، والصورة، والبلد (وهل يظهر للآخرين)، واللغة، والاهتمامات.
- نشاطك: المجالس التي تحضرها أو تستضيفها أو تتحدث فيها، ورفع اليد، والتصويت، وتأكيد الحضور، والمتابعة والحظر، وعضوية العشائر وطلباتها، والأخبار والاستطلاعات التي تنشرها.
- الرسائل الخاصة التي ترسلها وتستقبلها.
- التسجيلات: حين يسجّل المضيف مجلساً، يُحفظ صوت من يتحدث على المنصة (وصورته في مجالس الفيديو). تظهر علامة «تسجيل» في المجلس طوال مدة التسجيل.
- وثائق التحقق: إن رفعت وثائق لتأكيد دعوة عشيرة، تُحفظ في مخزن خاص ولا يطّلع عليها إلا من يراجعها.
- معلومات تقنية: جلسات الدخول مع وصف الجهاز وعنوان IP (لتبقى مسجّلاً ولتستطيع رؤية أجهزتك وإنهاءها)، وسجلات الأمان والحماية من الإساءة.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.
- لا نُظهر رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني لأي عضو آخر.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل المنصة: الدخول، والمجالس الصوتية والمرئية، والرسائل، والإشعارات، والأرشيف.
- لعرض ملفك ومشاركاتك للآخرين بحسب إعداداتك.
- للأمان والإشراف: منع الإساءة، وتطبيق قواعد الاستخدام. كل إجراء يتخذه المشرفون يُسجَّل.
من يرى ماذا
- ملفك العام: الاسم، واسم المستخدم، والصورة، والنبذة، والمتابعون، وأوسمة المشاركة، والبلد إن اخترت إظهاره.
- من في المجلس يرى من حضر ومن يتحدث. المجالس العامة يمكن لأي زائر رؤيتها.
- الرسائل الخاصة يراها طرفا المحادثة فقط، وتتحكم بمن يستطيع مراسلتك من إعداداتك.
الجهات التي نستعين بها
- LiveKit: لنقل الصوت والصورة في المجالس وتسجيلها.
- مزوّدو الرسائل القصيرة وWhatsApp: لإرسال رمز الدخول فقط (رقمك والرمز).
- Google: فقط إن اخترت الدخول بحساب Google.
- تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم نديرها نحن.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- رموز الدخول تنتهي خلال دقائق، وجلسات الدخول تنتهي بعد مدة محددة أو حين تنهيها.
- تبقى التسجيلات في أرشيف المجلس إلى أن يحذفها المضيف أو الإدارة.
حقوقك وخياراتك
- تعديل ملفك وصورتك في أي وقت، وإخفاء بلدك، وتحديد من يراسلك، وحظر أي عضو، وإنهاء جلسات أجهزتك.
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك: راسلنا على privacy@zishot.com وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
الأطفال
المنصة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.
الحماية
الاتصال بالمنصة مشفّر (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى البيانات محصور بمن يحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة، والملفات الخاصة لا تُتاح للعموم.
